Terms of Use
Access, Responsibility, and Platform Conditions
The JERT wallet and related interfaces are provided for access to the network environment and its infrastructure-related functions.
By using the wallet, website, or related services, the user agrees to these terms and acknowledges the infrastructure nature of the system.
- Eligibility. Users must act lawfully and be permitted to use the service under applicable law.
- User responsibility. Users remain responsible for their device security, credentials, wallet access, and lawful conduct.
- No guarantees. Access to the platform is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.
- Compliance reservation. Access may be limited, suspended, or restricted where necessary for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
- No financial reliance. The platform does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice through wallet access.
Short-form terms summary
Use of JERT interfaces is permitted only for lawful and permitted purposes. Any attempt to misuse the platform,
bypass security controls, infringe third-party rights, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or use the environment
for prohibited conduct may result in access restriction or termination.
Acceptable Use
Operational Use Only
The environment is intended to support network operations, infrastructure coordination, and related service access.
It must not be used in a manner that suggests public investment solicitation, unauthorized financial promotion, or unlawful jurisdictional targeting.
- Prohibited conduct. Fraud, misrepresentation, unlawful use, abuse of APIs, credential sharing, or security interference.
- Jurisdictional restrictions. Certain features may be unavailable where access would create legal or regulatory conflict.
- Service evolution. Features may be modified, postponed, limited, or removed as the network develops.
- Third-party dependencies. Some functions may rely on infrastructure providers, hosting providers, or blockchain environments outside direct control.
Detailed Clauses
Use, Restrictions, and Platform Logic
These supporting clauses reflect the infrastructure-first legal design of the JERT environment and can be expanded
as the wallet, legal framework, and regulated access model evolve.
Wallet Security and Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for the confidentiality of device access, credentials, local session security,
and secure handling of wallet-related activity. The operator is not responsible for compromise caused by
user negligence, unauthorized sharing, insecure device conditions, or unsafe credential practices.
Compliance and Access Restrictions
Access may be restricted, delayed, suspended, or refused where this is considered necessary to comply with law,
sanctions logic, KYC or AML obligations, fraud prevention, security review, infrastructure stability,
or jurisdictional limitations. Certain actions may remain unavailable until verification requirements are satisfied.
No Investment Offering
Nothing on the JERT website or wallet interface should be interpreted as an offer of securities, public investment solicitation,
deposit-taking activity, collective investment participation, or any guaranteed financial opportunity.
Access to the environment is infrastructure-related and operational in nature.
Service Changes and External Dependencies
Features, modules, or routes may be changed, suspended, or removed without prior notice where network development,
legal review, infrastructure risk, vendor dependencies, blockchain changes, hosting issues, or compliance needs require it.
Some services may depend on third-party infrastructure beyond direct operational control.
Jurisdictional Use and Legal Responsibility
Users remain responsible for determining whether access to the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
The operator may impose geo-restrictions, functionality limits, or onboarding conditions in order to reduce legal risk
or address jurisdiction-specific regulatory concerns.
